I am based in Graz and work for all of Styria. In person I am in Graz, everything else runs by phone, video and email. That changes nothing about the result, only the route to it.
Does web design work remotely?
Yes, and better than most people expect. A website is built out of conversations, text and images, not out of physical presence. The essentials:

- You get a link and can watch progress yourself at any time
- Feedback goes through the link, not through meetings that cost you half a day

Frequently asked questions about working remotely
What does a website cost in Styria?
The same fixed prices as in Graz: one-pager from €990, business website from €2,790, custom projects from €5,990. No travel is charged because none happens. As a small business owner I do not charge VAT.
Do we have to meet?
No. The initial call, feedback and handover all run by phone or video. If you are in or near Graz and want to meet in person, that is of course still possible.
How do I know things are progressing?
You get a preview link early on showing the current state. You do not have to ask, you just look.
Who looks after the site after launch?
I do, if you want. All-inclusive hosting costs €29 per month and covers hosting, domain, SSL, backups and updates. Small changes are included.
