What does online booking cost?
€49 per month to run. Setup is free and included in the website project. If you have the website built at the same time: one-pager from €990, business website from €2,790. As a small business owner I do not charge VAT.
Do I need a new website for this?
No. A booking system can be added to an existing website as long as you have access to it. It looks cleanest when site and booking are designed together, which is why many clients do both at once.
How is this different from portals like Treatwell or Fresha?
On a portal your booking lives on someone else's platform, and your customers see your competitors right next to you. With your own booking system everything runs on your domain: your name, your design, your customers, no commission.
Can several staff members be booked separately?
Yes. Each staff member gets their own working hours and their own services. Customers can pick a specific person or simply take the next free slot with anyone. Rooms and devices can be modelled as resources in the same way.
What happens when I am on holiday?
You block the time in the system and those slots stop being bookable. That works for single hours just as well as for entire weeks.
