How much does it cost to have a website built?
I work with fixed prices: a one-pager starts at €990, a business website with up to 5 subpages at €2,790. Custom projects like booking systems or AI chatbots are quoted after a free initial call – also at a fixed price. As a small business owner I don't charge VAT, so you pay exactly the stated price.
What exactly does fixed price mean?
Before the project starts you receive a written quote with a clearly defined scope and a fixed price. That exact amount is what ends up on the invoice – regardless of how many hours I actually need. Additional requests that come up later are discussed transparently beforehand.
What ongoing costs should I expect?
For running the site there's an all-inclusive package from €29/month: hosting, your domain, SSL certificate, backups, updates and small changes – everything included, one point of contact. An email mailbox is optional on top (from €3/month). No hidden costs.
Why not a website builder like Wix or Jimdo?
Builders look cheap but charge ongoing monthly fees and quickly hit limits with SEO, loading speed and custom features. An individually developed website belongs entirely to you, loads faster and usually ranks better on Google – at a fixed price instead of a subscription.
How long until my website is ready?
A one-pager is online in 1–2 weeks, a business website in 3–4 weeks – provided content like text and images is available. On request I also help with copy and image selection.
Is SEO included in the price?
Yes, every website comes with a clean technical SEO foundation: fast loading times, mobile optimization, correct meta data, readable URLs and a sitemap. For ongoing SEO support or content strategies I'm happy to prepare a separate quote.
